The interior of the church is dominated by a mosaic behind the altar, which is on a slightly incurved screen wall reaching to the ceiling. It has three depictions of Christ the Master: on the right, The Boy Christ Teaching the Elders in the Temple.; on the left Christ Proclaims the Beatitudes; and in the center Christ the Servant on the cross wearing a white Dalmatic, to indicate how the Master teaches his people to serve the Father.
