The church has a Latin cross plan. It has a nave with side aisles, and five identically sized chapels on each side of the nave. There is a transept with a dome. The sanctuary with the high altar occupies the far side of the crossing, behind which is the choir of the friars which has a single bay with a semi-circular apse.
