On Sunday 26 November 1933,
the bodies of the Greek martyrs
were conducted
in solemn procession and prayer
through the streets in the neighborhood
of the Roman Forum and on 30 November
consecrated at the altar of the martyrs
by Giuseppe Rossino, Archbishop of Thessalonica,
in compliance with the charge of the titular cardinal.
Thereupon is this church eminent prelates
celebrated Mass with splendid pomp,
first according to the Latin rite, then according to the Greek,
to the praise of God and honor of the saints.
