The the neo-romanesque campanile, attributed to the architect Raffaele Ingami, is a red brick tower, added in 1894. The bell chamber is a kiosk with a large arch on each face, and is decorated with horizontally stripes in red and white at the corners. At the top is a pyramidal lead spire which is topped by a gilded cross and ball finial.
