The complex is just west of the larger one of Santa Sabina, and is adjacent with a boundary wall separating the two properties. Just to the east is the church of the Knights of Malta, Santa Maria del Priorato. The monastery occupies four sides of a cloister which has its arcaded walkways under the ranges.
