The second storey has five equally sized rectangular windows separated by four Ionic pilasters with swagged capitals. The pediments of the windows are treated playfully; three have ogee curves, and two are coved triangles, with inward curves. The pilasters support an entablature with a dedicatory inscription and the date, 1711.
