Dedicated to St. Francis of Assisi, founder of the Franciscan Order. From 1586 the family chapel of Francesco Scarlatti (d. 1585). In 1684 it passed to the family of Girolamo Palazzeschi (died in 1702); and in 1786 to the family of the Card. Giovanni Rinuccini (d. 1801).
