The second chapel on the right was decorated between 1585 and 1590 for Paolo Mattei, by Cristofono Roncalli (lateral frescoes) and Marco Pino da Siena (the altarpiece). On either side of the altar are monuments to Tuccia Colonna, 1500, and Paolo Mattei, 1590.
