The middle has The Holy Spirit again by Giovanni Battista Pozzo, and the right has Boaz, Obed and Ruth by Paris Nogari. The lunette has Aminadab and Nahshon by van den Broeck to the left, and Solomon, Boaz and Rahab by Lattanzio Mainardi to the right.
