The third chapel on the right is dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows. It is the Cappella Falconi, having been commissioned by a nobleman of Portuguese descent named Giulio Pietro Falconi. The family crest is found in the columns of the balustrade. It was consecrated in 1588. The interior is the most intact original set of 16th century fittings among the church's chapels, with richly gilded stucco work.
