Memorial of Sigismondo Chigi
The two Chigi monuments have an unusual pyramidal form in red marble which was inspired by the Pyramid of Cestius on the Ostian Way. They were designed by Raphael and made by Lorenzetto. The marble medallions on the pyramids were made by Bernini.
