The altarpiece is a painting of St. Rita of Cascia by Giovanni Piancastelli. In the chapel are the tombs of Giovanni Borgia, 2nd Duke of Gandia and son of Pope Alexander VI (1492-1503), and his mother Vannozza Cattanei.
