One of the four small chapels in the corners of the sanctuary. It was dedicated to St Zita because she came from Lucca, as did St Giovanni Leonardi the founder of the Clerks Regular. She is a patron of female domestic servants. The chapel is richly revetted in polychrome marble, the gift of the Vaselli family. Some memorials to them are on the walls.
