The church is best noted for the statuary in the sanctuary. The Angel, on the left, is by Stefano Maderno, Saint Agnes by Pompeo Ferrucci, Saint Flavia Domitilla by Domenico de Rossi. The painting Birth of the Bl. Virgin is by Cavaliere d'Arpino from 1630. The door in the bottom left leads to the Cappella di Madonna di Loreto.
