The altarpiece, Our Lady with SS Hyacinth and Catherine of Siena, is by Antiveduto Grammatica. From the beginning of the 20th century in this chapel the icon on the altar, Madonna "Mater Purissima”, is venerated. Cardinal François-Xavier Nguyén van Thuán is buried here, as stated by the latin inscription on the altar.
