The third chapel on the right is dedicated to the Annunciation to Our Lady, and was frescoed by Carlo Saraceni between 1612 and 1617, commissioned by Orazio Ferrari, a nobleman from Tortona, who had the right of patronage of the chapel. Vincenzo Topi was commissioned to do the stucco work. In the two pilasters on the sides of the altar, among the stucco gyros, there are two ovals with the portraits of the sponsors of the chapel, Orazio Ferrari and his wife Erminia Sordi.
