The side walls have two charming marble memorials, similar in design. Each has a portrait bust in a round-headed niche, with the family coat-of-arms above. Below is a plinth with a pair of putti as weepers, and below that is a sarcophagus. On the side of the sarcophagus is a delightful relief scene of the Resurrection of the Dead, with lively skeletons emerging from their graves. The right hand one is to Girolamo Raimondi who is shown turned to look welcomingly towards any visitor entering the chapel, hoping that you will pray for his soul.
