In the center of the barrel vault is a fresco of St. Barbara with the palm branch of martyrdom. On either side are paintings of Franciscan saints. The arch soffet and sides of the lunette have the motif of the heads of putti within garland swirls on a background of light blue-gray, that is in the entabulature of the church.
