The large altar aedicule is convex, with a pair of Corinthian columns in real verde antico marble. These support a semi-circular pediment touching the cornice of the dome, which contains a triangle in a glory venerated by stucco angels. The triangle is a symbol of the Trinity. The golden tabernacle is in the shape of an oval temple.
