The left hand altar is dedicated to St Thomas. The altarpiece depicts The Incredulity of St Thomas. The apostle is represented as inserting his finger in Christ's side. The oil on canvas painting is by Carlo Ronchi from 1663. This work was previously placed on the high altar.
