This chapel was executed after the beatification of St. Jeane of Valois, daughter of
King Louis XI of France and founder of the Annonciades, in 1742. At the center,
Saint Joan in the glory (1743) by the painter Etienne Parrocel from Avignon.
At the front of the yellow and green antique marble altar is a bas-relief bust of an
unidentified saint. It could be San Filippo Neri, or St. Francis de Sales, who preached
in this church, or St. Charles Borromeo, which the first chapel was dedicated in 1742.
