The altarpiece, Madonna and child with St. Paul and St. Nicholas bishop, beneath which are Mary Magdalen and St. Catharine of Alexandria (ca. 1617), is by Terenzio Terenzi, who was a great imitator of Raphael. This painting is considered his best.
