The Martyrdom of St Cecilia, Pope Urban, Maximus and Pope Pontian
The sixteenth fresco. It is Santa Cecilia, who sits in the middle of the picture in a pot that is bubbling over a strong fire (A). Behind, Pope Urban is beheaded (B), while Maximus is tortured on the left side (C) and Pope Pontian is taken away on a ship on the right side (D).
