In the center St Agatha is seen tied to a column (A), behind Sts Fabiano, Cornelio and Cipriano (B), on the left San Trifone suspended from a tree (C), on the right Abdon and Sennen attacked by lions (D) and behind the other martyrs. The text above the painting reads "Non. sunt. condigne. passionis huius. temporis. Rom. VIII".
